This is an Alternative Treatment Therapy that has been used for many centuries in India. It is said to be beneficial for the whole body. It is said it can unblock negative energies in the body to help with the overall feeling of wellbeing, reduce stress, promote relaxation and also reduce muscular pain in some individuals.

How the treatment is applied

As a trained Therapist I will ask you to sit down on a comfortable chair with your back to me. I will then check for any areas of tension, stress or tenderness over your scalp, neck, shoulders and back muscles. I will then proceed with the treatment according to your personal needs. You will remain fully clothed throughout the treatment and I will use a blend of essential oils to aid relaxation and promote a feeling of wellbeing.

All treatments are carried out in our private treatment room at 21 Lochnell Street, Lochgilphead, PA31 8JL.
